Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Liva Larsen ApS, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Liva Larsen ApS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
The director and employees at Liva Larsen ApS have access to the information recorded about you.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
Delivery
All orders placed before 17pm on weekdays, we endeavor to ship the same day. Note Liva Larsen Aps cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays due to the shipping company.

If your country is not a member of the European Union, you must pay customs duties to receive your package. All costs arising in connection with this must be paid exclusively by the customer.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at livalarsenshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Right of complaints:
As a consumer, you have a right to complain for a period of 24 months. This means that if the item has a defect and you complain promptly you have the initial right to have the item repaired or replaced. If this cannot be done or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time, you may have your money refunded or receive a reduction in the price, depending on the circumstances.
A defect is, for example, a defect in manufacture or materials or incorrect information about the item. But ordinary wear and tear or damage to the item caused by you, is not a defect. If you discover a defect, then you must submit a complaint to us “within a reasonable period of time”. We recommend that you complain as quickly as possible, especially if the damage has been caused by transport.
However, if you complain within two months of having discovered the defect, this is still a reasonable period of time. If the complaint is valid, we will refund reasonable and necessary carriage costs.
If you believe that the item has a defect, then please supply us with as many details as possible about what the problem is.
Please take note that a returned item must always be in proper packaging and you must obtain a receipt of its shipment. Save postal receipts, including information about carriage costs and any track and trace number.
Log Statistics
We use log statistics at https://livalarsen.com,
which means, we have a statistics system, that gathers information, that can supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where they are from, and on which landing page they leave the site and more.
The Log statistic is only used with the purpose to improve Liva Larsen ApS's website.
