ORDER
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. You will then receive a "Track & Trace" tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your shipment. When your parcel is ready for collection at your local parcel shop or will soon arrive at your address, you will receive an email from the shipping company used, which depends on where you live which shipping company is used.
DELIVERY
All orders placed before 17pm on weekdays, we endeavor to ship the same day. Note Liva Larsen Aps cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays due to the shipping company.
Denmark - DAO 1-3 working days
Countries within the EU - GLS 2-3 working days
Countries out of the EU - PostNord 6-10 working days
If your country is not a member of the European Union, you must pay customs duties to receive your package. All costs arising in connection with this must be paid exclusively by the customer.
